Draft pour pint, enjoyed at Hop and Hound. Nice to see these guys making over to the Seattle area. My usual check point beer stop on the way to the Gorge, it's nice to not have to travel 100 miles to try their beer. Copper pour, clean, penny. Caramel sits underneath a nutty constant. Some soft dark fruit notes added in to compliment. Creamy body. Smooth taste. Bold nutty character lingers on. When I'm in the rafebmood for an amber, these are the things I'm looking for. Enjoyed this brew.

Bright glowing golden orange pour ar Whipsaw, Ellensburg. Draft pint. Aroma is full of fresh peaches, and little of anything else. Orange zest flavor pairs well with the peaches, and a moderate hop bitterness. Cool, refreshing summer IPA here. Pairs well with empty growlers and trips to the Gorge.
