Taster flight at brewery. Dark brown pour with wispy head. Big boozy bourbon notes hit the nose, followed bya bit of sweetness. The barrel is prominent, but overall works well with the base Wee Heavy. One of the best at the brewery.

OnTap at BItterCreek Milky very pale yellow/white color with a medium off white head. Fresh yeast aromas and flavor character. Some farmhouse spice and a wheaty feel. Lingering biter bite and clean refreshing overall.

On tap at the brewery/taproom Black with a thin coarse light tan head. Moderate roastiness in the aroma. A bit more so inthe flavors. A little sweetness but good roast and cold campfire flavors throughout. Smooth finish not very heavy.
