Associated Venue: Cloud 9 Brewery
Established in 2012
With an emphasis on creative brewing, Cloud 9 is situated in a unique place in the market. Instead of having the exact same line-up from month to month, the beers on-tap at Cloud 9 change as soon as the last drop from the previous batch has been poured. With so many taps, and only 6 year-round beers, the variety is truly amazing.
Cloud 9 also features a unique feedback process by which we judge what beer-drinkers actually think. We collate and analyze the input and use that to shape the direction of the next batch. In this way the community is involved in the brewing process from concept to the final foamy pint.
A commitment to quality, service and genuine interest in our community make Cloud 9 Brewery the place for beer aficionados, foodies, and everyone who enjoys fresh and unique culinary creations.

Half pour at brewery. Medium golden, clear, small creamy head. Faint aroma, lemons. Lemongrass comes through a bit fuller in the taste, and the ginger comes in late for a nice brisk snap. Very mild, but full of flavor. Cloud 9 hit it out of the park today.

Draft at Cloud 9. I entered this as a fruit beer, but it could easily be a wit. Fruit notes are very subdued, light bodied as well. Yellow, straw color, hazy, thin skin of head which yields substantial lacing. Aroma features mild fruit and grassy notes. Some herbal flavors sneak in for the taste, hence the name. Very quaffable.
