Admin Note: Started out as Ross Island then killed in favor of Dirty Pretty Beer, then brought back in 2019 as Ross Island only to close in 2020.

Draft - Pale malts and cereal. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light cereal and pale malts with some bitterness.

Draft - Caramel and woody notes. Cloudy copper with a decent white head. Dark woody notes with some nice bitterness and a long bitter finish.

Cask conditioned draught. Foamy tan head with black body. Malt forward aroma with a bit of wood. Malty flavour with a good finish. A good session beer.

On cask at Ross Island, pours a hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma brings our light toasted malt and a touch of English bready malt. Flavour is very herbal and vegetal, with English bready malt. Quite vegetal and mushroomy. No good.

On tap at Ross Island, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is along the same lines, with bready malt. Flavour is similar, with light herbal and bready malt. Nothing special.

On tap at Ross Island, pours a hazy dark copper orange with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and subdued floral hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with biscuity malt and subdued earthy hops. Nothing wrong with this but it's pretty lame.

On tap at Ross Island, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal hops, some vegetal notes and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with herbal and vegetal hops, and biscuity malt. Dry, lightly bitter and somewhat herbal. It's okay but unexciting.

On tap at Ross Island, pours a deep dark brown / black with a reddish tinge and a small tan head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and a touch of dry cocoa powder. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry cocoa powder and toasted malt. Bland but clean and decently constructed. Solid.

On tap at Ross Island, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops upfront, followed by biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly restrained, with light floral piney hops and toasted biscuity malt. Nicely balanced, though pretty restrained. Solid.
