On tap at Apex, pours a cloudy bright pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright, fresh raspberries, with light lacto and some wild notes. Flavour is bright and wheaty, with lots of fresh dry raspberries and light lacto. Fruity and fresh. This is excellent.

16 oz draft at Pok Pok in Portland, Oregon. The pour is a slightly hazed golden with a small white head. The aroma is grain malt, and fresh noble hops. The taste has a soft malt sweetness initially, which turns to full bread and then finishes dry with the earthly semi-spice yeast. Crisp and clean, worked really well with the spice of the food.
