650ml bottle at Alex’s. Dirty pale golden golden with a white head. Aroma is dirty caramel. Same taste. Not good.

Bottle - Lots of sweet caramel. Cloudy copper with a decent white head. Sweet caramel and along finish. Very old school.

On tap at Kettle River, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and a soapy, floral quality. Flavour is along the same lines, with soapy, floral notes upfront and a biscuity malt base. Clean enough, despite the soapy notes. Seems a little dirty and unrefined, but it's okay.

On tap at Kettle River, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with diacetyl, ugh, not much else to this. Flavour is an absolute diacetyl bomb. Bitter harsh astringency on the finish with more diacetyl. Totally undrinkable. This shouldn't be sold.

On tap at Kettle River, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is very subdued, with some soapy notes, not much else. Flavour brings out floral hops, some earth and biscuity malt. Very subdued in all respects. Not much to this. Inoffensive but boring.

Bottle - Biscuit and some light toasted notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Very odd toasted bready notes and a touch of hop bitterness. Lots of things going on, weird but nice.

Bottle - Nice fruity and leafy aroma. Clear gold with a rich white head. Some fresh and crisp grains with some nice hops. Solid.
