On tap at Pile o' Bones, pours a clear pale blonde, almost no head. Aroma is full of Christmas spices, especially cinnamon, with a bit of nutmeg, and lots of brown sugar. Flavour is loaded with cinnamon galore, with a little nutmeg and medium-high sweetness. Nothing complex but it's a fun cider.

On cask at Pile o' Bones, pours a clear pale blonde, almost no head. Aroma reveals gentle apple skins and pineapple upfront. Flavour is rather sweet, with a mix of apple and pineapple juice. Little complexity, with medium sweetness finishing. Drinkable.

Bottle - Light cooked apple with a touch of spice. Clear copper with a small white head. Red apple and. Atouch of spice with cooked apple and some unusual bready yeast.

Golden color. Very mild apple aroma. Dry mouthfeel, some apple flavor, some hazelnut, plastic. Not offensive, but really a simple cider.

Has a sweetish nose, with minimal character. Bland...disappears off the palate, doesn’t show any of the caramel you might think from the appearance. But what’s going on? Not much.

750mL bottle, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lightly sweet apples, some core. Flavour brings out lots of rotting apple core, with green apple skin and some light tartness. Seems a bit off with the rotting core notes. Not good.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly floral from the hop additions, with medium sweetness -- doesn't really smell like a cider. Flavour is bizarre with lots of cheap bubblegum sweetness and a touch of floral notes. Tastes like a cheap industrial sweet cider. Not good.

Bottle - Sweet lemon lime citrus. Pale clear straw. Sweet and fruity citrus, not sure I wouldn’t say hops but nice citrus. Sweet and cooler like.

Very pale yellow color, small frothy head. Aroma of fruit candy. Semi-sweet flavor of candies, some fruit syrup. Pleasant drink, like an alcopop, not a cider.

Very pale. Fairly sugary, perfumey aroma. Has some more sweet perfumy, bubblegummy stuff on the palate. Touch of hop bitterness in the finish, but it’s still quite sweet. Won’t say this is a balanced, and the hop is just sort of floating over this candyish cider.
