Draft pour, enjoyed at Gruff. First visit! A nice tart front, and it lingers throughout. Pear, white grape sour fruit. Wheat background. Smooth taste overall. Straw and wheat, is up front, but the white grape tart will linger forever. Good sour brew here.

Draft pour, enjoyed at Gruff. A mostly clean golden orange pour. Interesting IPA, full of citrus and orange fruit. A bit sharp with the bitterness. Lingering grain, orange peel hops. Pretty good.

Draft pour, enjoyed away Gruff. First visit! Mostly clean, bright golden pour. Patchy head, sticky lacing. Some cool melon, slight grain aroma. Taste is a bit floral, cool and sweet. Herbal too. Strange taste, but not bad. Lingering herbal hoppy finish. Not bad.

On tap at Gruff, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of floral hops upfront, with earthy and cereal malt notes. Flavour is fairly floral, with light earthy notes and biscuity malt. Floral and perfumey. No good.

On tap at Gruff, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out cereal malts and straw. Flavour is very subdued, with straw, cereal malts and barely detectable hops. Dull and lacking character. Meh.

On tap at Gruff, pours an opaque cloudy peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out pithy stone fruits upfront, with lots of yeast. Flavour is very yeasty and dank, with stone pithy fruits, yeast and biscuity malt. Yeasty and messy, but it works.

On tap at Gruff, pours a hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out earthy, spicy notes upfront, with bready malt. Flavour is fairly earthy, with caramel, spiciness and earthy notes. Fairly sweet and lacking complexity. Nice stuff.

Flavour has bitter citrus peel, pine, and some light allium. Well-hopped but not that well-balanced or structured in general. Decent. 6.3/10

On tap at McKay's Taphouse, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, light piney hops and some caramel. Flavour is along the same lines, with roasted malt, light toasted caramel, and resinous hops. Decently balanced but nothing special.
