Murky orange color. The aroma is nice, the fruity side of the hops is prominent, some piney resins, but there is a suspicion of butter too. Underattenuated, but I like the residual sweetness; the pale malts leave a crackery malt feeling that is quickly overwhelmed by the very resiny hopping, a but abrasive; pine resins and orange peel.
Good, but too dirty and a bit rough.

Draft - Sweet and light herbal notes with plum. Hazy Amber with a small head. Sweet and herbal with some medicinal notes, not bad, but not quite sour enough and more like medicine.

Dark brown color. Some chocolate in the aroma, but also sourdough. Lean mouthfeel, quite dry, caramel flavor, hints of chocolate bar, and nothing else.

Draft - Nitro - Lots of roast and toast. Jet brown with a rich light brown head. Dark roast and roasted peanuts. Simplistic and lots of roast rather than creamy peanut, but OK.

Pale blond color. Very nice aroma, the lactic acid is prominent, lemon peel too. Dry but soft mouthfeel, lactic acid flavor, strong lemon feeling, and moderately salty.

Hazy pale blond color. Herbal aroma, the sage is really evident, soap. Smooth mouthfeel, the combination of spices and sage is well achieved, it has fruity esters in the final and correct bitterness.
