On tap at Stones Throw, pours a hazy copper orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some resinous hop oils and a semi-sweet malt base. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of resin hop oils, bitter woody pine, and a semi-sweet bready malt base. Competently made but nothing special.

On tap at Stones Throw, pours a hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out a nice balance of toasted malt and piney hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with a nice piney hop character and a toasted bready malt backbone. Robust for the style and nicely balanced. Solid.
