Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, mediumsized foamy off-white head. Aroma is wooden, some spruce, mild sweet malts with some herbal and grassy tones too. Flavour is caramel, some honey, floral, wooden and mild toasted tones along with some toffee too. Not the most typical bock...

Sample (thanks omhper!). Honeyish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is citrus, mild red berries, some gooseberries, nectar and sweet malts. Flavour is biscuity malts, some caramel, mild floral, gooseberries, mild spicy tones with some mild underlying salted liquorice too.
