Cloudy, pale, thin head. Fruity hop, definitely get the Trix, those artificial fruit sugars. Harsh and in need of refinement. Again, does dumping cereal into the mash make a beer better? It might make it more fun to brew, but as a drinker I'm looking for something that's fun to drink.

Hazy dark brown, thin head, sweet coconut and vanilla...nice sugars. It's not bad, but it's also a style that I usually like.

Amber, cloudy, thin head, ok orange, light bitterness, touch of honey sweetness.

Dark brown, not a lot of head soft & sweet...meh... too sweet and simple. No, dumping cereal into the mash doesn't make the beer better.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Light, clean and clear golden pour with a thin fizz head. Almost completely absent aroma. Flavor is a light, slightly dusty grain, hints of honey, but provides a heavy sweetness I’d prefer to go without. A mild hop showcase late. A tiny bit creamy and cool. Overall has an odd lingering palate, but not enough flavor to be bad. The flavor that is there isn’t bad, its just a little irritating. I feel like a beer like this should drink easier, but this was more of a sipper golden ale for me. Hmmm.

On tap at Middleton, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lemongrass, not much else. Flavour is along the same lines, with nothing much but lemongrass. Simple, clean enough but not very interesting.

On tap at Middleton, pours a murky, filthy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued strawberries and some earthy notes. Flavour is along the same lines, bringing out jammy strawberries upfront, followed by earthy biscuity notes. Dirty but fruity. Meh.

On tap at Middleton, pours a purpleish amber wth a small off-white, purpleish head. Aroma brings out tart, stale blueberries and some wheat. Flavour brings out subdued blueberries - not much more to say about this. Bland and muffled. Meh.

On tap at Middleton, pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light honey and biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly dry, with notes of light honey and biscuity malt. Not overly interesting but solid stuff.

On tap at Middleton, pours a hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of spicy jalapeo upfront, not much else. Flavour isn't too abrasive, but definitely brings out jalapeo upfront. Not much else, but at least the spice isn't as dominating on the flavour as it is on the tongue.
