Pale tan. Slight haze. Not so much head. A fair bit of lactic and mellow berry. I wouldn’t pick either fruit out of a lineup but it’s not bad.

I see another witbier on RB, but the specs are quite different. I had this on OnBier in Floripa, across from Kill Brew in Armaz�m Rita Maria. Pale and hazy, medium, soft body, light, sweet, light orange note. This isn’t bad…a tougher style to make than people think and they’ve done a decent job.

50ml from tap at Down Jones Market Beer. Black color, small tan head. Smells earthy, licorice, light marzipan, peppery, herbal. Decent smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes earthy, peppery bit ashy, Licorice, nutty, rye bread, some burned malts. Finishes dry and lightly roasty bitter with notes of Licorice, earthy and peppery notes. Pretty nice one, good to drink 6,4,7,3,14

40ml from tap at Down Jones Market Beer. As Hrx bastards brewery - Willie the bitter. Dark yellow clear color, small white head. Smells herbal, flowery, bit honey, light pines, some exotic fruits, nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes earthy, some exotic fruits, bit peppery, ripe fruits, bit peppery, herbal. Finishes medium bitter with notes of earthy, peppery and herbal notes. Pretty nice one 7,4,7,3,13

Bottle -’Dark roasty notes and some dark malt. Jet brown with a light brown head. Nice roast and toast with a light pallet. Decent and a dry finish.

330mL bottle, pours black with a reddish tinge and a small beige head. Aroma is quite fruity, with dark berries and oats. Flavour is along the same lines, with notes of bready malts, some fruitiness and oats. Pretty gentle and laid back. Nothing special, but it's inoffensive.
