Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spices, pepper, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of pepper, lemons, yeast, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Draft @ The Bishops Arms, Stockholm. Pours hazy yellow, light citric sour aroma. Taste is basically a straightforward table sour, a nice palette-cleanser with mild lemon citrus, a bit sticky though.

Draught at BrewDog Södermalm. Hazy hay yellow liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of lemon peel, citrus, light salt, apple skin, grain and coriander. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of lemon peel, light salt, grain, apple skin and crackers. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Nice stuff. Not too overly aggressive with the yuzu.

Draft. A black beer with a brown head. the aroma has notes of roasted malt, bread, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes o roasted malt, bread, and chocolate, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is herbal coffee and roasted malt. Herbal coffee and roasted malty. Bitter, slight sweet and lingering roasted dark malty. Bitter and roasted far finish.

On tap at Akkurat. Black with a fairly large tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, some ash, chocolate and licorice. Taste of light roasted malt, ash, licorice, chocolate and some hints of dark fruit. The body was full and the mouthfeel on the creamy side. A pleasant porter.

Bouteille 37.5cl, merci Pierre. Dorée, fin col blanc. Arôme met de suite en avant des notes de brett?, grains, rétro boisé de chêne avec un léger côté basique de vin blanc. Le tout est finement fruité. Palais de levure-vin blanc où l’on ressent un peu le côté réchauffant de l’alcool. Petite note douce, presque mielleuse, malt cara, pils, fleuri sur une pointe épicé au niveau houblonné. Retrouve une bière correcte mais dont la base de brett la fait tomber ans un style mainte fois revisité.

Bottle (Katatina Ölcafe, Stockholm) - Amber in colour. Berries, vinous fruits and a hint of vinegar in the aroma. The taste is not as sharp as the aroma hinted at and notes of raisins, sultanas, toffee and peach can be detected along with some acidic and tart hints.
