Draught @ Beer Ditch, Nobelvägen 24, Malmö, Sweden 214 27 - [ during RBESG15 ]. [ As Hyllie Wit ].ABV: 5.0. Unclear matt medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, witbier yeast, spicy, light coriander. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, spicy, yeasty, witbier yeast, orange. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150821]

Draft. Pours hazy golden color with a small longlasting white head. Has a fruity grassy hoppy grapefruit aroma. Fruity malty grassy grapefruit hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit finish.

Tap during RBESG2015, Day 2, Malmö, Sweden - yellow pour with white head. Aroma and taste is light citrus fruity, crisp wheaty, yeasts, light floral and herbal, nuances of spices (coriander), hoppy fruity hop finish.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is estery and light spiced. Crisp. Medium dry and bitter. Light herbal. Dry and bitter finish. Mild bubblegum.

On tap at Brekeriet Bar 2015. Black with a creamy tan head. Aroma of espresso, chocolate, roasted malt and some vanilla. Similar taste. Not that sweet and with some warming alcohol. The mouthfeel was kind of creamy and the body thick. A nice one.

On tap at Brekeriet Bar 2015. Hazy golden/orange with a white head. Really fresh and hoppy with grapefruit, some pineapple and hints of cookies. Nicely bitter and with a descent body. My first one from Hyllie Bryggeri, I would not mind to drink this one again.
