CLear light brown pour, with a small off white head.
Aroma is malty, bready, with some slightly caramel cereals, with the slightst hint of grass hops.
Mouthfeel is light, and clean, with a lovely carb.
Finish is lightly bitter, with some light grass, and some light roast, and solid cereals. Well done.

Dark brown pour, with a small off white head. Aroma is very spicy, loads of cinnamon, and nutmeg, with some subtle cloves and cadamon. This is a real spice bomb. Good mouth feel, and a nice carb. Finish barely has any bitterness, its just a mouth full of spces. not a fan.

Tap at the northern ontario beerfest. Clear copper pour, with a medium off white head. Aroma has some really nice resinous pone notes, with some solid cereal/spicy notes from the rye. Mouth feel and carb are spot on. Finish is medium bitter, with a great spiciness,and pine resin hoppiness. Good stuff.

Black pour, small beige head. Strong aroma of roasted malt, light cocoa, and some solid sweet Maple notes. Mouthfeel is silky, and the carb is very soft. Finish is lightly bitter, with some great Maple, and roasted toasty notes. Very well done.

Murky light brown pour, small off white head. Aroma is light green, grassy hops, and not much else. They claim this beer has hops..... Well I can’t find em. Incredibly bitter finish though.... Intense citrus pith bitterness. Not much in aromatics, but the flavour and finish are hoppy. Quite grassy, and green, lacks some citrus or pine flavours and aromas.

Straight up ale. Light malts, light grassy hops. Nothing really going on. Not offensive, but not memorable either. Aimed at 50, and export drinkers.

Draft -Light caramel malts and sweet hops. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet fruity hops and a decent fruity bitterness.
