On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy amber orange with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a good amount of nettle that adds a slight smokiness that is supported by a light sourness. Flavor continues the odd combination of nettle and sourness with a slight acid note. A bit muddled.

Draft pour pint at the brewery. Pours a dark amber color with a creamy head. Nutty, woody aroma. So this is what a cedar tree trays like. Thick creamy body with some spice. Very unique beer. Dry maple like finish. Fun beer to have.

Draft pour pint at the brewery. Pours black with a high fizz tan head and lace. Sweet aroma with cherry and chocolate malt. Sweet cherry and berry flavor there, which came as a suprise, though not bad. Rich chocolate throughout. Would have never identified it as white chocolate in a blind taste. Overall a tasty sweet stout. Enjoyed it.

5oz draft at the brewery. Another ugly beer, dirty dirty golden. Cranberry? Nope. Saison, where? Mish mash of beer, vaguely Belgian esters but not really.

5oz draft at brewery. Ugly looking beer, just mud brown. Why make a 9.4 rhubarb IPA that doesn’t taste like rhubarb, doesn’t look like an IPA, and is only vaguely hoppy?

Second best of the 4 beers I tried, by that I mean it wasn’t bad. I have no idea what style its supposed to be. Its a muddy brown, appearance is not its forte. No head, which is surprising b/c there was a lot of overly foamy beers. Its not strong on etoh, never would have guessed 11%. There is a nice dough cherry character that permeates the beer and otherwise a double brown like background.

Best of the 4 beers I tried at the brewery. Being cloudy works for this style, not so much for the other styles. Decent head. I liked the mint an lime aspects. It wasn’t overly mojito tasting, still a wheat beer but with lime and mint. Even got a 16oz to go growler.

Draft - Perfumy Apple. Cloudy gold with no head. Tastes just as it smells with a touch of booze.

Draft - Light malts and some mellow chocolate. Deep brown with a decent beige head. Soured malts and Berry notes. I get some latent balsamic and cocoa, but not what it should be.

Draft - Apple and vegetal notes. Dirty cloudy brown with almost no head. Apple, tamarind and some plume. I do get some nutty notes, but none of the malt base.
