Draft - Sweet rich caramel malts. Clear dark gold with a decent off white head. Sweet caramel and a yeasty notes. A little boring, but OK.

Draft - Pale Malts and some light smoke. Hazy light Amber with a decent white head. Chilli heat and not much else. Burns and gets bigger, hitting the throat hard.

Draft - Nice pine and grapefruit notes. Clear gold with almost no head. Nice pine and some grapefruit. Dry finish. Typical but decent.

Draft pour pint at the brewery. Pours a reddish copper color with an oily patchy head. Here is where my love for pepper beta will seperate me from the rest. Slightly spicy sweet malt aroma. Flavor matches with a very nice pepper spice finish. Just enough heat to find a medium between overpowering and too light. Lingering spice. Very tasty.

On tap @ the brewery during 7/5/2014 Seattle beer tour. Pours a cloudy yellow orange appearance with a white head. Herbal / woody, light citrusy aroma with a note of chemicals. A bit twangy, bitter, floral, woody flavor. Low sweetness. Not that good.

On tap @ the brewery during 7/5/2014 Seattle beer tour. Pours a dark orange appearance with a white head. Grapefruit, mango, somewhat piney aroma. Medium plus sweetness. High bitterness. Lots of orange and tangerine citrus flavors. Pretty bitter finish. OK.

Draft at the brewery. Pours coffee black with a strong chocolate raspberry aroma from a distance. A sweet beer all around with raspberries up front, and a mild milk chocolate finish. This one was very different from the others. Very impressed.
