16 oz. Aroma has notes of apple, lemon, grain, sweet bread. Pours hazy sunshine golden with a quickly collapsing off-white head. Taste is moderately sour (6/10) and pretty sweet with apple and lacto flavor. Watery thin mouthfeel. Tastes pretty good.

16oz can pours a clear gold with a ring of white head. Nose has ginger and orange peel and some perfume. Flavor has some weird pizza sauce or something, perfume, herbs. Finishes watery.

Canned 473ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Hazy yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, mild fruity grassy nose. Citrusy, light tropical fruits, slightly herbal and grassy with moderate bitter finish.

Can at home picked up from BrewDog F&F. A clear pale gold yellow coloured pour with a fine loose white head. Aroma is big cereal grains, lager notes, some grassy hops. Flavour is composed of earthy cereals, light apple, straw, mineral , firm grassy bitterness. Palate is light powdery dry carbonation, crispy finish. . Decent lager boi.

Crisp, ever so slightly hazy golden coloured body with a bright white head that starts at only two centimetres tall and fades quickly. Aroma of bright grassy and floral hops with a light (perhaps rice?) malt note that shows some wheat as well with a lot of jasmine flowers and a good sweetness especially towards the end. Light-bodied; Very crisp grassy and floral flavours dominate here with a nice malt punch and some very light sweetness that shows through along with a bit of citrus flavours, but the light hop bitterness and crisp lemon notes are strong in a good way. Aftertaste is light, dry, fairly grassy and very perfumey with the herbal (jasmine) aspects hitting nicely especially at the finish. Overall, a very nice perfumey, dry and light beer that hits a lot of flavours nicely and finishes fairly clean, especially for the style! Nice to sample from a new brewery for me and looking forward to finding more of these, perhaps at home? I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Everyday Wines in Ann Arbor, Michigan on 02-August-2021 for US$4,00 sampled with my family in the park close-by while eating sandwiches from Zingermann's in Ann Arbor, Michigan on 02-August-2021.
