Tap at the brewery taproom Philadelphia. A light hazed pale golden yellow coloured pour with a frorhy white head. Aroma is nice bretty funk, lemon rind grass nice funk, white vine. Flavour is crisp and tart, funky bretty, lacto, dry white wine, funky z yogurt, soft wheat. Palate is tart and crisp soft airy carbonation. Really nice.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, weedy, semi sweet piney sap, grassy, mellow bitterness. Palate is semi sweet z resin, moderate carbonation. Decent. Lacks depth.

Flavour is composed of, medium sweet, praline chcoclate fudge syrup praline. Truffle. Palate is medium sweet. Oily, mellow carbonation. Super rich and sticky. Chocolate.
