Growler: Sparkling, clear gold with a small white head. Light, earthy, fruit aroma. A different, but pleasant nuttiness in the flavour....light mustiness. Very nice.

Draft. Deep amber body with a fizzy, off-white head. Aroma of banana, coriander, toasted grain, raw grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. This is an overly sweet banana bomb far from a classic saison. There is a very light musty, Belgian yeast taste, but that’s as close as it gets.

Draft. Chocolate fudge, malt, and light straw aroma. Brown with small head. Sweet chocolate/molasses, roasted barley malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Nice body. Excellent - a great sessionable beer.
