Draft. Mint, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Orange-red amber with small head. Moderately sweet mint, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body. Tastes like the Girl Scout cookie - should be another big hit.

Draft. Berry, toffee malt, light yeast, and hay aroma. Cloudy amber with small head. Moderately sweet light berry, toffee malt, yeast, and moderately bitter herbal hay flavor. Nice body. Very good.

Draft: Nearly clear, unexpectedly amber-red with a small white head. Scent is like a whole bag of chocolate chips. Taste is rich chocolate malt, just a bit of cooling mint. Very malty and well-bodied..... Tasty......just a little far too the sweet side for me. As usual, a well-blended beer that could easily go over-the-top, but is nicely restrained and pleasant.

Draft (growler). Marshmallow, chocolate, graham cracker malt, and light hay aroma. Black with small head. Moderately sweet marshmallow, chocolate, graham cracker malt, and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Okay body, nice balance. Pleasant.

Draft. Lightly smokey chocolate malt, pine, and orange peel aroma. Dark brown with moderate head. Moderately sweet lightly smokey chocolate malt and moderately bitter grapefruit peel/pine flavor. Nice body - slightly boozy but not bad. Tasty.

Draft: Pours dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is smoky caramel malt, evergreen, chocolate. Taste is minty, bright hops over chocolate malt....really roasty....tea, bitter chocolate and spicy, cooling hops that turn a little peppery as it warms. Complex.....very different...excellent.

Draft: Black with a thin, off-white head. Marshmallow, chocolate, graham cracker aroma. Lightly bitter chocolate malt, marshmallow, graham cracker taste...... Exactly as advertised...... Wonderful aroma, but not as sweet on the flavour side....which works nicely....not too sweet or overly dessert-like feeling..... Very robust and nicely bodied. Excellent!

Draft: Hazy yellow with a creamy, off-white head. Banana, wheat malt scent. Taste is quite sweet....wheat malt, clove, banana. Nice....soft and smooth.

Sample at GABF 10/08/2016, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Brown-black color with a medium beige head that recedes steadily. Small patches of lace. Malt, chocolate and peppers in the nose. Medium body with flavors of roasted malt, dark chocolate and subtle spicy pepper. The finish is roasty and peppery with a malt and chili aftertaste. Above average overall.

Draft. Banana, clove, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with nice large white head. Very sweet banana, clove, wheat malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Pretty nice - on the sweet side.
