Draft. Vinegar, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with no head. Mild sweet-tart lemon/vinegar, wheat malt, and lightly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Pleasant.

Bottle. Sour milk, cinnamon, orange, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy amber with nice light tan head. Moderately sweet orange, coriander, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Nice body and great balance. Excellent - a great Saison.

Growler: Hazy amber-brown with an off-white head. Caramel and coffee with a tangy, milky aroma. Taste is watery caramel malt, light coffee,.....lactic. At first, it seemed like a coffee-infused amber.....( had no idea it was supposed to be an Altbier.....)as it warms it gets more sour milk overpowering everything. The score dropped as fast as the level in the glass.

Growler: Lightly hazy yellow, bubbly......with a thin white head Grain, honey-lemon scent. Barley malt, slightly watery lemon....grains... A few papery notes...and a bit washed out.... However, still fairly decent and enjoyable.
