16 ounce can. One is the loneliest number you'll ever do. Hazy honey gold color. Small bubbly beige head. Yeah, tropical fruit nose. Tart, citrusy hops upfront. Notes of grapefruit, kiwi, lemon and papaya. Bready malt notes in middle. Crisp, dry hoppy finish. Hints of lemon peel and white pepper.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a murky brown color with a huge foamy tan head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was musty and yeasty with notes of bread crust, faint dark fruits and caramel. The flavor was sweet and malty with caramel, bread crust and hints of dark and golden fruits. Long finish. Alcohol well contained. Moderately full bodied.

Patricks pub. Not sure if this is the right place, the menu just said it was RR blood orange rye, not anywhere near october. Muddy brown. Mild fruit nose. Taste is weird orange with a little bitter rye. The rye sneaks up on you and eventually becomes the backbone. Not as bad as expected for a rye but still quite rude on the uptake. Yes, a weird unique orange finish fer sher. Would not do again. To say this is an octoberfest brew is totally misleading.

Sample at Daily Growler UA. The beer is a cloudy reddish-orange color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Sparse strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of yeast, dark fruit and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of Belgian yeast, plum, bready malt and a touch of chocolate. The finish is dark fruit and yeast. Decent overall.

Sample at the Pint Room during the "5th Anniversary!" event on 12/08/2017. Clear brownish-amber color with a medium thin frothy light beige head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Aroma of maple syrup, malt and a bit of hops. Medium body with flavors of maple, roasted nuts and malt. The finish is sweet with a nutty maple finish. Above average overall.

So, peanut butter bananas and imperial hefe? Let's see. From a bottle this stuff pours like a cloudy hefe and smells somewhat like peanut butter. First taste is oddly peanut butter laced with a high alky wheat beer, not sure if it qualifies as a german hefe, because there is quite a large amount of that bitter wheat ale thing coming thru. Yes, each swig is volatile high octane wheat ale with a medicinal backbone of peanut butter flavors. Just enough odd peanut in there for you to recognize it. A little difficult in the end and I don't think the banana thing ever comes thru. But hey, if you like peanut butter beers, you need to try this unique brew. For me? Could not drink 2 of these.

Man, when I poured this bottle there where BIG chunks in there floating around. Big scary chunks, makes me think its not good to drink but I'm diving in anyhow. Hoppy IPA nose, but no real sign of BO! Taste is big IPA on a bed of wit, but the wit is barely perceivable, its simply and mostly IPA. Apricot flavor? Where? Just asking. This is rated as an IPA but it should be styled as a white IPA, I'll send a BM. Hey, if you like IPA, ignore my numbers, this is good shit IPA. Put it on your bucket list.

Bottle. Slight aroma of BO. Eye is slight haze on pale. Taste is triple IPA with more bitterness than expected. A terribly double imperial IPA experience that is mouth coating bitter hops. Do you like giant pine needles with spruce sap covering a bed of green grapefruit rinds, never ending IPA over the top overwhelming impressions. Whew. Big nasty mouthful of mouth coating oily hops. Malt? What malts, false advertising! Over the top in bitter hops, brews like this give hoppy beers a bad name, for a lager lover.
