16oz can pours out golden topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is sweet ginger herbal notes some spice and a little root. Taste is more of ginger herbal spice and some soap.

Taster at brewery. Medium golden pour with creamy, silky head. Aroma favors the ginger, snappy, sweet. Taste starts with the sweetness, some earthy, carrot flavors, more of the ginger. In the background, the farmhouse yeast ties it all together. Well balanced.

Taster at brewery. Pale yellow, skin of head, lacing. Sweet aroma, grassy, freshly mown hay, lemon. Taste starts sweet, zesty, lemons. More of a tangy finish, but still quite nice.
