Willebecher draft at Bircus Brewing Company in Ludlow, Kentucky. The pour is golden copper with a nice white head. The aroma is cracker maly, soft nut and grass hops in the back. The taste is a nice balance of the softly sweet cracker malt, the nut and grass hops and yeast in the finish. The palate if light bodied, active carbonation and clean finish. Drinkable, nicely executed Altbier.

Plastic shaker glass draft at the Bircus Brewing Company in Ludlow, Kentucky. The pour is clear copper golden with a nice white head. Nice lade left on the glass. The aroma is clean cracker malt, nice soft nuttiness, floral hop and clean yeast expression in back. The taste is super fresh and clean, with the cracker nut malt with the hop and yeast. The palate is light to medium bodied, active natural carbonation and a clean finish. Super easy drinking, what I want an Amber Lager to be.
