Bottle: Nearly black, with a thin tan head. Chocolate, vanilla aroma. Creamy oatmeal, chocolate malt, vanilla flavour.... The cinnamon takes a moment to present itself, initially pretty mild but increases as you drink.... Pretty good.

Bottle. Chocolate, oatmeal malt, and straw aroma. Dark brown with moderate brown head. Moderately sweet cinnamon, chocolate malt, and moderately bitter herbal grass flavor. Nice body and balance. Very nice.

Bottle: Cloudy amber with a short, smooth, off-white head. Pine, orange aroma. Spicy pine, orange-peel, grapefruit-peel, caramel malt flavour. Very hoppy.....but not overdone. Really nicely balanced and extremely satisfying.

Draft: Rubied-black with a tan head. Chocolate, brown sugar scent. Taste is chocolate/coffee malts, a hint of smokiness,,,sweet and milky. Very, very good.

Draft: Clear, light copper with an off-white head. Caramel malt, wet wood aroma. Taste is the same......mild, earthy/woody caramel malt. Smooth and clean feeling. Good stuff.

Draft: Nearly clear, light gold with an off-white head. Yeast, fruit, lemon scent. Taste has a little funkiness...light fruit, lemon, grain malt. Very clean and light. Nice.
