Pours very dark brown. The aroma is of roast malt and chocolate. The flavor is sweet up front with chocolate malt leading into a well balanced brew that finishes roasty and lightly bitter. Creamy body. Very good.

Cooper pour with a lingering off-white head. The aroma is very much hop led with some citrus. The flavor is big on the hops bitterness with citrus and a little earthy character. Medium bodied, it finishes with some piney bitterness.
