Great Flood Brewing Company opened in April of 2014 and has established itself as a fan favorite in the Highlands. Brewer-owned and operated, Great Flood was founded and built from scratch by a trio of young home-brewers turned entrepreneurs.

750ml bottle 61 of 214 thanks to rich. Pours out brown topped with a tan head. nose is bourbon barrel lots of malts chocolate. taste is more of the bourbon barrel vanilla brown sugar chocolate.

750ml bottle thanks to rich. Pours out dark brown almost black topped with a small tan head. Nose is nice coffee roast malts chocolate vanilla and bourbon barrel. Taste is more of the heavy coffee roast malts chocolate bourbon barrel vanilla.

Bottle thanks to Rob. Pours a cloudy brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong bourbon, wood, vanilla, roast. Medium mouth, roast, dark fruit, bitter finish, good.

Draft: Cloudy brown with a small, off-white head. Caramel, leafy hop aroma. Taste is a bit of chocolate malt, caramel malt... Mild herbal bittering.. Drinks quite nicely...soft, creamy.. Pretty good.

Draft. Lactic earthy caramel malt and fresh hay aroma. Cloudy orange-brown with minimal head. Sweet earthy chocolate caramel malt and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Body on the lighter side. Nice.

Draft. Coffee, chocolate malt and hay aroma. Dark brown with minimal head. Lightly sweet coffee, dark chocolate malt, and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Nice body. Very nice.

Draft: Hazy yellow-gold with a small white head. Wheat malt, juniper aroma. Taste is fruity, wheat malt....a slight cooling evergreen note from the juniper.... Pretty good....light, but a very pleasing combination.

Growler: Pours dark brown with a small, dark tan head. Chocolate, blueberry, light smoky scent. Taste is rich, slightly bitter blueberry and dark chocolate malt. Roasty, slightly thin.... Subtle, yet effective blueberry presentation. Pretty good.

Draft. Milky wheat malt and light juniper aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with large white head. Sweet creamy, lightly fruity wheat malt and very mildly bitter cedar flavor. A standard wheat ale but the juniper adds just enough to make it stand out.

Draft. Lactic tangerine malt and peel aroma. Pale yellow with small head. Sweet tangerine malt and mildly bitter grass/lemon peel flavor. Good body - light carbonation. Pleasant.
