Draft (growler). Raspberry, orange, and malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with small head. Lightly sweet orange malt and mildly bitter orange peel flavor. Mild plastic aftertaste. Okay - probably should have drank fresher.

Growler: Pours cloudy, dark copper-amber...tea-like tan head. Brown sugar, bread, dried fruit aroma... Taste is rich...caramel, fruit.... A strong, well balanced beer.. Nice, spicy herbal hops...a little mint.... Slightly sticky, but doesn’t cross over into over-sweetness. Very nice.

Growler: Pours slightly hazy, brassy gold, with a thick, light tan head. Aroma is wheat, malt, white pepper, wood smoke..... Taste is a straw/grass hop over dark wheat. Tasty.

Growler: Pours VERY cloudy, citric yellow with a short, off-white head. Grapefruit, tropical aroma. Flavour is malty, grapefruit, spice.... fruity and sweet, Lightl grapefruit peel hops. Good stuff.

Growler. Dank musty, woody, raisin aroma. Brown with a small off-white head. Roasty malt, charred toast, burnt sugar flavor, with a mild bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Growler.Smoky malt, and light blue cheese hops aroma. Slightly hazy copper with a small white head. Just like the nose, smoky malt and blue cheese hops flavor. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation. Crazy weird, but I like it! The smokiness is nicely balance. Not a bad one for my 50th smoked rating.

Deep brown, red lights...soapy off-white head. Aroma is bourbon, oak...over dark fruit, smoked malt. Taste is dark fruit, wood, smooth bourbon. Very nice.

Draft/growler. Smoky/creamy orange malt aroma. Amber with moderate head. Sweet creamy orange and moderately smoked malt flavor. Nicely balanced - very tasty.

Draft/growler. Dark chocolate, prune, and malt aroma. Dark brown with minimal head. Mildly sweet dark chocolate, dried fruit, light malt and lightly bitter herbal flavor. Light body. Pretty pleasant and tasty.

Growler: Pours cloudy, dark amber with a thick, light tan head. Scent is malt, sweet fruit. Taste is a soft, herbal, fruity bittering...toffee. Very sweet, hops are flavourful, but mild.
