Bottle @home. Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note agrumate, leggermente erbacee e speziate. In bocca ha una buona secchezza, un taglio amaro finale di buona persistenza, peppery, pulita. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Ottima.
