[ As Mateo & Bernabé Fermin 7 ].Clear medium yellow - amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, flowers, medicine, band-aid. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, dusty, caramel, flowers - nectar, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150124]

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours nearly clear ruby with small off-white head. Clear aroma of caramel malt, with notes of fruit and touches of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of malt, yeast and touches of fruit. Bitter and acidic aftertaste. Bitterish and slightly vinous aftertaste. Not bad but very far from stout.

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours hazy amber with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of hops with notes of malt and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of citrus and touches of yeast and malt. Citric aftertaste with some bitter, hoppy notes. Not bad!
