Description
Nieuw Brew is home to the Cederberg’s 1st brewery and scientifically created craft beers.

The brewery is based on the Kromrivier farm, which is in the heart of the Cederberg. This is where the Nieuwoudts have been for seven generations.

The quality of the water flowing from the Cederberg Mountains is exceptional, and it was inevitable that the Nieuwoudt family would harness such an important beer ingredient, for the 1st brewery in the Cederberg.

--Bottled, from The Biggest Little Beer Store, Bellville. -- Black, fizzy head. Aroma of milk chocolate and caramel. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Chocolate and caramel. Mid bitter finish.

--Bottled, from The Biggest Little Beer Shop, Bellville. -- Clear golden to bronze colour, rich head. Spicy, medicinal nose. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grainy malt. Leafy hops. Mid bitter finish.
