(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of oh6gdx. Clear, warm, deep golden with a creamy, white head leaving some laces. Clean, malty nose. Quite full-bodied with a solid malt base but unfortunately also a not completely clean and fusty edge. Some flowers in the finish and quite some bitterness. 041007

Bottle. A bit unclear, pale golden body and a white head. Sweetish nose with caramel, some butterscotch and hermetized pears. Hay, butterscotch and a little fruityness in the flavor. Medium to thin body. Too sweet and buttery. Not bad, but not my favorite. (070806)

Draught at BBF07 as Konrad Dunkel. A little acidic, but OK roasted aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is nice, slightly sweet and nicely roasted.

Bottle: Clear, golden coloured, mid-sized, slowly diminishing white head, leaving a lacing, stable white layer; sweet-pale-malty, but mainly spicy "oaky" hioppy nose; bitter-sweetish flavour, light to medium bodied, malty base detectable, soft MF; mild, but spicy-hoppy finish. A good Jedenáctka............

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a foamy white medium-sized head. Medium-sweet malty, slightly bready nose, also slightly perfumed with a subtle fruity touch (citrus, melon) and only a whiff of hops in the background. Light-sweet flavour, slightly papery malty, chalky taste with faint fruity notes; slim bodied with a soft carbonation; moderately dry, slightly bitter finish.

bottle from a trade with Helena. Golden yellow, medium-sized consistent head. Nose: grains and bread. Malty taste, slightly hoppy, not watery. Quite good for an alcohol-free beer.

bottle, sent to me by Michal from Thuringia. Dark brown, small head, malty nose. Malty start, but not as sweet as expected. Quite dry and hoppy example of the style, reminds me of a stout, especially because of the hints of coffee and bitter chocolate.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Golden colour, rich head. Sweet and very malty with flavours of dough and orange. Full bodied, somehow combining a rough bold attitude with a soft mouthfeel. A too sweet oversized Czech pilsener with low bitterness.
