(Keg at Bryggeri Helsinki, 20160401) The beer poured golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, citricness and porridge. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, malts, hint of tartness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A decent hoppy pale and but there was something that didn’t please.

Tap at Black Door, Helsinki. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, pine, dryness, hops and malts. Pretty clear and basic but nice drinkability. Very nice in fact, reminds me of "old school" west coast IPAs.

Draught @ Black Door, Helsinki. Pours dark orange with a small head. Aroma of grassy hops, herbal notes, hints of pine and caramel. Taste is smooth, hoppy and grassy with some pine, resin and caramely malts. Finish is slick, sweetish, hoppy and resinous with some grass, pine and citrus. On tap @ Black Door, Helsinki. 24.3.2016. The beer poured hazy deep golden in color with a thick white head. Massive grapefruity notes in aroma and flavor. Herbs and citrus as well. Nice bitter biting finish. Piny notes as well but grapefruit being dominant. Nice bodied, refreshing brew.

Tap at Oljenkorsi, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, some grain, Belgian yeast and malts. More like witbier than saison.

Tap@ lakeuden panimojuhlat, Seinäjoki. Poured Ugly light orange/orange color, no head. Herbal, citrusy aroma. Flavor has oranges grapefruit, herbal notes. Tastes way better than it looks.

Tap@ Black door. Pours black with a thick brown head. Salty licorice, sweet fruity jammy notes, soy sauce and molasses. Full bodied, salty licorice, roastedness, ashy notes. Nice sipper.

A deep dark IPA with a thick frothy lacing mocha head. In aroma, loads of resinous piney floral hops with light chocolate notes, very balanced. In mouth, a nice fruity bitter chocolate with coffee grind, musty character, floral hops, resinous and smooth, very nice. On tap at Olhus Helsinki.
