Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, berries, sour cherry - raspberry, tart, pale malt - wheat, dough. Bottle. Pours clear golden with small white head. Aroma is spruce, orange, bitter grapefruit, soap and mint. Taste is medium sweet, medium bitter and light acidic. Body is light oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of mandarin, spruce, malt and grain.

Bottle. Pours unclear yellow. Aroma is grapefruit, juice, perfume, blooming flowers. Body is light, mostly carbonation, lots of lemon, peel, grapefruit. Palate is light and softly sour. Good!

An slight orange coloured, a head is small and blond. Aroma has mild fruitness, herbs and some fat from the Christmas ham. Taste has fruitness and herbs, fat, not fresh enough, bitterness is quite mild with green leaves. Medium bodied. I don't like this, the Christmas ham shouldn't be in the beer, weak.

Bottled at PBF XII. Hazy bright pink, small pink head. Tart lingonberry aroma. Light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Lingonberry and citric acid. No bitterness. Sour lemonade. One dimensional.
