16 ounce can into lager glass, no can dating. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, citrus peel/zest, and light pepper/pine, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus hops and pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, citrus peel/zest, and light pepper/pine, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, citrus peel/zest, and light pepper/pine, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus hops and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with zero yeast notes. Lightly increasing dryness from bitterness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, fairly crisp, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.1%. Overall this is an excellent dry hopped pilsener! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus hops and pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Awesome balance of clean pils malts and juicy/vibrant citrus hops; with solid balancing hop bitterness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours slightly hazy medium golden orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, mango, melon, peppercorn, clove, citrus peel/rind, pine, light banana/bubblegum, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey/caramel, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/earthy hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, mango, melon, peppercorn, clove, citrus peel/rind, pine, light banana/bubblegum, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey/caramel, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy bitterness; and peppery yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, mango, melon, peppercorn, clove, citrus peel/rind, pine, biscuit, herbal, floral, grassy, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/earthy hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.7%. Overall this is an excellent Belgian IPA! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/earthy hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink; despite the fairly aggressive bitter/spicy/drying finish. Great balance of vibrant/dank hops and fruity/spicy yeast; with a nice solid bready malt backbone, and no residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours moderately hazy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, red apple, melon, coriander, peppercorn, clove, citrus peel/rind, pine, light banana, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, citrus/earthy hops, spices, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, red apple, melon, coriander, peppercorn, clove, citrus peel/rind, pine, light banana, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus rind, herbal, grassy bitterness; and peppery yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, red apple, melon, coriander, peppercorn, clove, citrus peel/rind, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, citrus/earthy hops, spices, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and bready/grainy/sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol for 6.4%. Overall this is a delicious white IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, citrus/earthy hops, spices, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/spicy/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Just a touch too bitter, spicy, and drying than I'd prefer. They nailed this for the style expectations, with the proper inclusion of the witbier yeast and spices. Great balance of yeast, spices, and dank/vibrant/earthy hop complexity; with a solid pale/wheat malt backbone. A very enjoyable offering. Wish more breweries would do this style nowadays.

Can. Pours a dark brown with a big tan and aromas of leather, cola and chocolate. Flavor is that, but a bit watered down. It’s a nice porter, but a thin one.
