From a can, this stuff is dark brown black with a nice foaming tan head. Nose is plainly peanut butter. Taste is heavy peanut butter, followed by coffee. In the middle there is a follow up of cloying vanilla. Some lactose also appears. Peanut butter continues proudly into the end. Finish is sweet, and the alky content his hidden gracefully. I just cant get used to the cloying mouth coating nature of most of these pastry bombs. I've had peanut butter brews before that were much more civilized and enjoyable but this is not bad considering the alky content.
