Sample at the taproom. Dark amber color with a medium foamy off-white head that recedes steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of malt, toffee and slight hops. Light body with flavors of caramel malt, fruit and mild hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Back Country Class VI Imperial IPA from Scenic Brewing Co.

Sample at the taproom. The beer is a slightly cloudy dark amber color with a medium thick foamy white head that diminishes gradually. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney hops, fruit and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of resiny hops, grainy malt and fruit. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. Pours a slightly hazy orange-amber color with a medium bone white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Floral hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of floral hops, citrus and sweet malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. Clear dark amber color with a thin white head that diminishes quickly to an outer ring. Sticky short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, malt and fruit. Light to medium body with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short citrusy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Light-bodied with flavors of mild hops, bready malt and slight fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a short fruity hops aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Light body with flavors of bready malt, grassy hops and a touch of fruit. The finish is sweet with a short malty aftertaste. Average overall.
