12 ounce bottle into pint glass, no bottle dating. Instant gusher upon opening, but not infected. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt, earthy hops, and light fruity yeast notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, wheat, cracker, bread, herbal, pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Nice robustness and balance of pale malt, earthy hops, and light fruity yeast flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Good dryness from carbonation and bitterness as well. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly creamy/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a nice Blonde ale. All around good robustness and balance of pale malt, earthy hops and light fruity yeast flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Sample at the taproom. Clear golden color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of malt, fruit and mild hops. Light body with flavors of bready malt, grassy hops and a touch of fruit. The finish is sweet with a short malty aftertaste. Average overall.
