Can picked up from Slowburn Brewing Co-op webshop, Hvidovre, Denmark, and consumed at home Wednesday 14th April 2021 listening to Steve Lamaqs Evening Session on 6Music its 90's day today. We have Chicken Schnitzel, Ponmes Frites and Petis Pois tonight. Pours pale to mid gold with a very little haze and fast disappearing white head. As the can describes it is crisp, it's also a little dry. Furry bitterness, a dry sort of mineral, stoney flavour, ok I don't go sucking stones but this is what my brain is telling me. It could be a little bit more assertive in this area, light sweet edge, some grain and bread. Soft moutheel, I like it.

We had a Sausage Casserole with Yorkshire Pudding tonight. Pours gold with a little haze and with a white head. Really nice India Pale Lager, there is a very slight sweetness, but overall this is a crisp, dry beer with a citrussy bite, hoppiness remains throughout. This is the best so far from Slowburn and one that I would happily return to, it's refreshing, well executed and a solid choice.

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a white head. Sweet, tropical fruit in the nose, paired with some dankness. Medium body, an iitial slightly sweet fruitiness but pretty fast the high alphas take over. Leaving a bitter finish. As almost always with Slowburn, carbonation is to the low side. 120421

Can 44 cl. Pours an almost clear yellow with a lacing, white head. Very little aroma. Medium body, lowish carbonation, odd bubblegum notes and a herbal, flowery touch. Not really all that bitter. This is a little odd to be honest. 120421

Can picked up from Slowburn Brewing Co-op webshop, Hvidovre, Denmark and consumed at home Sunday 11th April 2021 listening to Billy Nomates (self titled album). We have a Roast Chicken with Coffee and Chocolate Mole tonight, currently cooking in the wood oven. Pours gold orange yellow colour with a nice white head. A little pineapple on the nose but not too much else. Pleasant sweetness, in the mouth a little pine and resinous with the aforementioned pineapple showing here also, it's a nice beer and a little more subtle than many which I appreciate.
