On tap at Fermentoren, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma has some bourbon barrels, dark dried fruits, brown sugar, and toffee. Flavour has plenty of deep dark dried fruits, toffee, brown sugar, and somewhat hot bourbon barrels. A bit messy and hot but there’s nice malts underneath. Decent.

On tap at Fermentoren. Pours murky brown with a beige head. Brown bread, brown sugar, bourbon on the nose. Flavour has bready malts, brown sugar, plenty of bourbon, very boozy finish. Barrels are a bit uncalibrated and the base needs some work, but not terrible.

Hazy yellow colour with small white head.Aroma is mild tart with flavour of tart fruit and barnyard and leather mild sour and dry mild with good bitterness and mild finish.

Many thanks to Ungstrup for a 440ml can of this one. Shared at a drinking session with Synny, Finn and Lunde. Pours a decent white head over a misty golden body, rich lacing. Inviting on the nose with saison fruits and a note of farmyard. Balanced taste of yeasty fruitiness, grass, and wheat. Mid-dry, saison fruity finish. Medium bodied. Quite alright.
