(Keg at Pikkulintu Puotila, 20240919) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, fruitiness, coffee, smoke and ash. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, fruitiness, coffee, ash, dark chocolate and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. A tasty and complex burnt brew.

On tap at Ørsted Ølbar. Black with a lasting off-white head. Roasted aroma with liquorice, molasses and figs. Sweetish, full bodied and smooth, roasted flavour with just a faint burned note.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- HAzycopper colour, small head. Peppery caramel aroma. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and husky grain with fierce prune brandy atop. Salmiaky saké and dates. Intensely warming finish with good bitterness.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, some nutty and mild toffee tones to it. Flavour is alcohol, some sweet malts, toffee and mild nutty and oaked tones to it. Sweetish aftertaste. Drinkable, but still a big bold bastard. In a good way.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is kind of yoghurt, mild cooked vegetables and some herbal and earthy tones. Flavour is pretty much the elements of the aroma, and well, to be honest, not very nice.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Goldeny amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some herbal and mild grainy tones with mild earthy tones. Flavour is floral, some fruity and mild bready and toasted tones with mild caramel sweetness towards the finish.
