Very nice. Tart red/green/crisp apples/fruit peel/coffee/cherry/hibiscus/berry/currant/rose/herbal; lt honey/cocoa. Semisweet/med carb. Lt acidic/tangy/tannic drying. No cloying. Smooth drinking. Very unique/ well done. Great balanced cascara tea/apples.
