(Bottle) Pale golden colour with huge, frothy, white head, leaving traces of lacing. Malty, fruity nose with citrus, apricots, grass, bready malt and fresh hops. Malty, fruity taste with apricots, citrus, lemon peel, bread and fresh, grassy hops in the finish. Rather light body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Bottled:
Pours a hazy amber colour with a big, rocky head. Aroma is oranges, tropical fruits and yeast. Flavour is oranges and tropical fruits followed by a long, somewhat metallic bitterness. A bit thin.

My beautiful lady brought this back from Sweden for me. Little pop from the cap, but it pours well out of nice looking bottle and has a medium head. Aroma is big with sweet baked goods. After reading the description it is definitely vanilla and it works well. Flavor however lack a little but, a bit mineral and the vanilla is lost. Basically, the extra vanilla makes the aroma real nice but the flavor is lagging behind.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours dark amber with a off white head. Very piney resin aroma. Taste of malt, resin and some citrus. In a blind tasting I would have thought that this was from UK rather than USA which was what they have aimed for...

330ml Bottle - Dark brown with a foamy head. Roasted and chocolatey aroma with hints of coffee and vanilla. Vanilla is very noticeable (perhaps a bit too much) in the taste along with notes of chocolate and roasted malt.

First rating33 cl bottle from Systembolaget Nordstan, Göteborg. On October 13, 2010. BB week 10, 2011Slight bit hazy copper color, small yellow head. Sharp, hoppy, soap like, sweet, caramel, bread and grainy scent. Hoppy, harsh grainy, metallic, slight bit fruity taste. The dry harsh bitterness puts me off, as does the grain/husk like back in the throat bitterness when swallowing it.Medium to smoth mouthfeel, rather hard dry, edgy, grainy, not too pleasant bitterness.Nice flavor if it wasn’t for that bitterness that pulls it way down in numbers. Too dry and bitter for me. Distinct hop bitterness is dominating the aftertaste.7/3/5/3/11=2.9Rerate33 cl bottle from Systembolaget in Örnsköldsvik.Hazy copper color, white head. Sweet, fruity, hoppy, citrus scent. Hoppy, grainy, bitter taste. Resin aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.7/3/6/3/12=3.1
