(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Sofo, Stockholm) Golden yellow colour with lasting, creamy, white head. Hoppy, malty nose with grainy malt, grass, citrus and a touch of pine needles. Malty, hoppy taste with initial notes of toffee, bread and grain, evolving into a bitter, rather dry finish with impressive amounts of citrussy, grassy hops. Medium body, mainly dry. Very bitter. The fairly low alcohol level and the dryness of the beer makes it highly drinkable and refreshing despite the impressive hoppy bitterness. In a sense fairly extreme, but still exceptionally balanced. Impressive!

Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear deep golden, firm head. Rich lychee aroma. Mid-sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Intense, seemless tropical fruit hop flavour gradually turning into bitterness. Simple and very effective, really good! Think continously hopped APA, yet it is a lager.
