Tap, Sir William's Pub. Dark brown, larger and lasting beige head, creamy. Gentle malty nose, biscuits and vanilla, some spices. Medium sweetness, gentle bitterness, some vanilla. Slightly roasted finish, gentle aftertaste. Medium body, silky. Nice one.

Bottle. Hazyo range colour, large and lasting white foamy head. Nice hoppy nose, fruity sweet with citruses, some pine in the back. Gentle initial sweetness, moderate bitterness, pretty dry in the finish, quite peppery. Lasting aftertaste. A bit sharp, though not bad.

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden, large white ehad. Nice hoppy nose with citruses, some grass and flowers as well. Moderate bitterness, grassy and citrusy in character. Peppery finish. Lasting aftertaste. Light body. Simple and nice.

Growler from the brewery. A bit hazy golden, larger and not so lasting white head. Gentle wine cellar nose, slight spices and bready notes. Gently soury, a bit puckery. Spices in the finish. Slight salty freshness. Light body. Nicely enjoyable.

Tap, Sir William's Pub. Almsot clear coppery red, sall white head, nonlasting. Gentle vinous, balsamic and caramel nose - very lovely. Medium soury, a bit puckery. Herbal and rubber back. Burning acidity in the finish. Lighter body. A bit too sharp, but nice one.

Tap, brewpub. Hazy dark brown, medium sized offwhite head, lasting. Spices, gentle - cloves, cinnamon, star anise. Soem dry fruits later on. Gentle biscuity sweetness, medium bitterness, stronger dark fruits sweetness. Strong spices in teh finish (too strong), biscuity aftertaste. Medium body, very well hidden alcohol.
