Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, bread, malt, bourbon, vanilla, hops and has sweet bready finish.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a mahogany brown with a bubble tan head. Aroma is fruity, toffee, caramel, malty, sugary. Taste is super sugary malts, sticky finish.

ABV: 8.4%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy to fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, cookie - caramel - sweet malt, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, phenol, esters, fruity yeast, belgian yeast, limestone - chalk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet yeast, minerals - chalk, yeast, bubble gum. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200604]

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Like the name!! Hazy brown amber colour, no head and aroma of toffee, malt, dried fruit, biscuit, chocolate. Taste is sweetish, malty, toffee, caramel, some biscuit, dried fruits, yeasty, with alittle nutty & spicy bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable

23/5/2020. Bottle courtesy of MarkoNm. Pours dark amber / brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt, toffee, biscuit, milky chocolate, dried fruits and touch of yeast. Medium plus sweetness, low bitterness. Medium body, slight creamy texture, soft carbonation. Gentle spicy notes. Quite drinkable.

Bottle. Dark, dirty brown, thin beige head, nonlasting. Complex nose - gentle vanilla and wood, mild chocolate, quiet some alcohol notes (whisky), gentle roastiness, lots of dry fruits, especially dry figs. Sweet, pretty strong with lots of dry fruits and berries. Mild bitterness in the finish, some chocolate and vanilla in the end. Quite warming, though not too burning. Nicely drinkable despite the alcohol level.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of caramel, dried fruit, alcohol and yeast. Pours cloudy dark brown color with thin quickly diminishing tan-like head. Taste starts with sweet caramel and toasted malt, following is yeasty, fruity, medicinal and alcoholic, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, quite thin texture and average carbonation in palate. Some aging would make it better...

Bottle. Hazy, fiery orange, short lasting white foamy head. Mild yeasty nose with some orange presence, slight biscuity maltiness. Gentle yeastybittery combo, some quite noticeable peppery-citrusy presence. Lasting aftertaste. Fresh feeling and light body. Gentle Belgian character, nice.

Bottle, 0.33l, courtesy of Varuh. Aroma of wheat, yeast, clove and coriander with faint fruity note. Pours hazy dark golden color with thin quickly diminishing off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet grainy, following is fruity, yeasty and spicy, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is very mild bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Re-rated, nothing wrong with it, just a bit too sweet for my liking, but still good one...
