Der Schaum ist schön feinporig und sehr schön cremig. Der Antrunk ist frisch-malzig mit schönem milden Hopfenaroma. Im Hauptteil entfaltet sich ein sehr gelungenes, mildes Röstmalzaroma mit einer gut dazu passenden Herbe. Anklänge von Kaffee bzw. Espresso sind vorhanden. Auch dunkle Schokolade trifft es ganz gut. Der Nachgeschmack ist schön röstmalzig mit angenehmer Herbe; auf der Zunge bleibt eine lange, röstmalzig-karamellige Note zurück. --> Ein sehr schönes "2+/1-"-Dunkel. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Grassy, a bit fruity aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Fruity, almost pineapple sweetish maltyness with grassy hops. Not very inspiring.

Bottle. Cloudy amber, golden head. Light fruity base, dry yeast and grassy hops. Fullbodied, chewy - mellow mouthfeel. Good balance.

Bottled at PBF. Hazy golden, small head. Fruity nose with slight grass. Sweetish with medium body and clean, slightly rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with evident spicy hops and mid bitter finish.
