Description
Weyerbacher Brewing was founded in 1995 in a livery stable located in downtown Easton, Pennsylvania. Eventually outgrowing that small space, we made the move to the 30,000 square foot facility that we still call home today.
Since the beginning, we have established a reputation for making big, full-flavored, high quality brews. While predominantly known for Belgian-style brews including Merry Monks and QUAD, we have an extensive barrel aging program which produces fan favorites including Insanity and Riserva. In recent years, weβve dipped our toes into IPAs and other lower ABV styles with great success.
Experimenting with different ingredients and brewing techniques, our brewers continue to stretch their creative minds and develop interesting and mind blowing beers that will satisfy your taste for the extraordinary.

Nice smell and a good cloudy orange colour. Very hoppy taste and a short aftertaste. I bought it because the name sounded great, but I was unimpressed with the combination of hops. Try Tuppers Hop Pocket Ale for a really hoppy beer that has a good combination of hops!

Looks good and smells pretty tasty, like chocolate with a splash of raspberry. The flavor has a hint of cocoa and quite a bit of raspberry, but it tastes artificial, like sucking on raspberry flavored plastic. The body is decent, and the other flavors are pretty good, the cocoa and roasted malts. If it weren""t for the raspberry part, this might be a decent stout.

A huge, frothy, cloud-like head sits on top, fed by a constant stream of hundreds of little bubbles rumbling up from the cloudy golden body of this beer. The flower and hops aroma is what I've come to expect from the greater IPAs. This is pretty malty, with the perfect body for an IPA (not to thin, not to heavy). This is not as hoppy as I would like, nor as hoppy as the aroma suggests, but the taste is still quite enjoyable. Mild hop finish that only lasts a few seconds or so, but the maltiness lingers. A very good IPA, despite the hop factor being low for my taste.

Who wouldn't want to try a beer named Blithering Idiot? Hazy, brownish-red appearance with a rapidly dissipating head. Malty, spicy aroma. This is a little lacking in body, but it is really tasty. Malt characteristics dominate - fruits I can't quite identify. There is something about the flavor and mildy alcoholic finish that reminds me of a belgian quadrupel. This is a very easy to drink barley wine - smooth, with well-masked alcohol.

Black, no head, no visible carbonation; aroma is toasty, espresso-like, but with a good shot of hop; fairly light bodied for style; chocolate fudge, sugar notes dominate a surprsingly straightforward palate. Smooth and oily body.

Dark brown. Sweet raspberry smell. Early raspberry aroma interrupted by roastiness and licorice. Interesting and in fact rather tasty. Unusually tasy fruit beer.

Bottled. Clear golden, no head. Appley fruity nose. Sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel and grassy, bitter finish. Sugary apples dominates. And I used to like this one...
